ABOUT ME

My name is Szilvia Gombkötő, HR Professional, coach, economist.

I have more, than 12 years’ experience in Human Resources and people development, which I gained within the multinational automotive environment. 

In 2018, I lead the start-up of an HR Shared Service Centre upon successful implementation I was then promoted to HR Manager where I was responsible for a plant with 250 employees. In addition to the plant HR role, I was in charge for the training and development strategy for the whole campus, which employed 1000 people. 

This is my passion, and profession: to support and develop people so they can get the most out of themselves, to help them succeed their goals, find their motivations, and how to understand themselves better. That is why I completed an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coach training course and since than I have continued as an active member of the federation. I am continuously developing myself to be able to provide an even higher standard of service to my clients. 

I offer my assistance for individuals and companies alike to achieve their specified performance level, whether it be the implementation of a system, either organizational development or any type of individual coaching.
